Custom made stamps are not returnable, unless an
error was made on your order. A written return
authorization is required for all returned
merchandise via E-mail within 7 days of receipt.
Inks ordered are not returnable. All other acceptable
merchandise is returnable and will be credited less
a 25% restocking/handling charge.
